1. Our Services

Just Road Delivery provides order and parcel delivery services to customers, restaurants, shops, companies, and other organisations.

The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use of Our Services

When using Just Road Delivery services, the customer agrees to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information when creating an order.
• Provide a correct delivery address and a valid contact telephone number.
• Use the company’s services only for lawful purposes.
• Not use the services to transport illegal, prohibited, dangerous, or restricted materials or products.
• Cooperate with the delivery representative when receiving the order.
• Pay all delivery fees and other amounts due.

Just Road Delivery may refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms or may create a risk to customers, employees, delivery representatives, or the public.

3. Orders and Delivery

Once an order has been confirmed, Just Road Delivery will make reasonable efforts to deliver it to the address specified by the customer.

Delivery times may vary because of traffic, weather, distance, driver availability, order preparation time, road conditions, and other circumstances outside the company’s control.

Any delivery time shown or communicated to the customer is an estimate unless a guaranteed delivery time has been expressly agreed.

4. Delivery Information

The customer is responsible for providing correct and accurate delivery information, including the delivery address and telephone number.

An incorrect address or telephone number, or the customer’s unavailability to receive the order, may result in a delay, cancellation, or additional charges under the applicable policies.

5. Delivery Fees and Payment

The customer will be informed of delivery fees and any other charges due before or when confirming the order whenever reasonably possible.

The customer must pay all amounts due using the payment methods available through Just Road Delivery.

The company reserves the right to change prices and fees at any time. Unless otherwise agreed, the prices in effect when the order is confirmed will apply.

6. Order Cancellation

The customer may request cancellation before delivery begins, subject to the company’s approved cancellation policy.

Cancellation may not be possible after the order has been prepared, collected by a delivery representative, or entered the delivery process. A cancellation fee may apply in some circumstances.

7. Products and Orders

Where Just Road Delivery delivers products purchased from restaurants, shops, or other parties, responsibility for product quality, preparation, description, ingredients, and packaging generally rests with the party that sold or prepared the product.

The customer should carefully review the order details before confirming a purchase.

8. Prohibited Products and Materials

Just Road Delivery services must not be used to transport any illegal, prohibited, dangerous, or restricted material or product under applicable laws and regulations.

The company may refuse to transport any item it reasonably considers unsafe, unsuitable, or inappropriate for a delivery service.

9. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or additional cost caused by:

• Providing incorrect or incomplete information.
• Failing to provide access to the delivery location.
• Being unavailable to receive the order.
• Misusing the company’s services.
• Using the service in breach of the law or these terms.
• Attempting to send prohibited or dangerous materials.

10. Company Liability

Just Road Delivery makes reasonable efforts to provide reliable and effective delivery services.

However, services may be affected by circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control, including traffic congestion, accidents, weather, technical problems, road closures, government restrictions, emergencies, force majeure events, and other exceptional circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, the company will not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11. User Accounts

Some services may require the creation of a Just Road Delivery account.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and login credentials and for activity carried out through their accounts, except where unauthorised use occurs outside their control.

Users must notify the company immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

12. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Just Road Delivery website or application—including logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, text, images, software, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to the company unless stated otherwise.

No such content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written approval except where permitted by law.

13. Privacy

Just Road Delivery respects its customers’ privacy and handles personal information in accordance with its approved privacy policy and applicable laws and regulations.

By using our services, the customer acknowledges that some information may be collected and used as necessary to process orders, perform deliveries, communicate with customers, improve services, and meet legal obligations.

Just Road Delivery may modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

An updated version may be published on the company’s website or application. To the extent permitted by law, continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Suspension or Termination of Service

Just Road Delivery may suspend, restrict, or terminate a user’s access to its services if these Terms and Conditions are violated, the platform is misused, unlawful activity is conducted, or such action is otherwise necessary and lawful.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of Just Road Delivery services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Doha, State of Qatar, unless the law requires otherwise.
